It's been hectic. Restarting Kurt's horse. Getting Doc's feet fixed. Barrel racing. Riding lessons. Writing. Working. Gardening. And my niece Erin is here. I put the city girl to work. Here she is pulling weeds. You have to earn your keep around here.

Oh wonderful! Are you racing again? Let me know so I can come cheer for you. You've been quiet for so long that I knew you were up to something! Keep us posted on the horse's progress.

Amy T., Kelly's been winning money barrel racing and I've been training Kurt's horse. I am pretty sure I am racing him Friday night.

Now how does one weed standing up? That's a trick I'd like to learn. Or are your weeds THAT tall???!!!

I never had to weed as a child. I was lucky, my mom loved all the gardening stuff. But I stacked a lot of wood, lol! ;)
I had my nephew dig potatoes. I heard him tell his mother later on the phone how cool it was.
